ゆうめいむじつ【有名無実】

●有名無実の (merely) nominal; titular; in name but not in deed [reality]; little more than a mere name; 《a scholar》 in nothing but the name; in name only; existing only in name

・有名無実の役員 a nominal [figurehead] executive

・有名無実の地位[存在] a nominal post [existence].
